SEA SIDE:

The hike across the 5 Lands (Monterosso-Riomaggiore) takes about 5h30’; however, it is possible to cover sections between the various villages, possibly using the train for transportation. Each “Land” offers a different atmosphere that is worth appreciating and experiencing, perhaps alternating between walking and kayaking!

ISLAND TOUR:

Another pleasant excursion is to Palmaria Island. After reaching it by ferry, walk around the island along the trail in about 2 hours and 30 minutes with a total elevation gain of 400 meters. Take advantage of the Mediterranean climate with sea and mountain views.

Many other trails in the reserve with the possibility of combining them with each other or integrating them with other experiences and different environments. Do you want to cover just one section on your own? We'll take care of picking you up!
